iTunes stuck on "Loading" screen
My iTunes app is stuck on the "loading" screen. I've tried everything. It's been doing this since iOS 7.0.3 and with iOS 7.0.4 I am STILL experiencing this issue. How can I fix this issue?

Back up your content to icloud, take a trip to an apple store and download your content there. My 5s had the same issue with itunes it would say loading and never load but after 3 total erase and resets I took it in erased redownloaded my software and it works fine now.
