My Contacts used to sync with Outlook. As of today, all of my contacts are gone. What do I need to do to sync with Outlook 2011?

I have a Macbook air with OS X version 10.8.5. I am running Microsoft Outlook 2011 Version 14.3.9. I use SyncMate to sync my Android phone with my Outlook Contacts. It uses the Mac Address Book as a go-between. Today I synced my phone and all of my contacts were deleted from the phone. I went to my Mac Address Book to find it empty, all 843 contacts gone. Fortunately my contacts are still in Outlook. I need to know how to get them to show up in Address Book again and to sync automatically with Outlook. Please help!
