message in blank window

Hi, Sorry for my bad english!

my problem is:

after the installation of the MAVERICK MESSAGES APP does not work. The app is connected (although the menu is disabled in every part) and I have received messages (see notification IMAGE) but the window is blank (see image). I can not answer it send messages.
How do I reinstall or correct?

Hi,

In the Finder > Go Menu hold the ALT key down and then select the Library that appears.

Navigate to the Preferences Folder.

Find com.apple.ichat.plist and drag it to the Trash.

Now restart the App again.

If this does not work open the Keychain Access app in Applications/Utilities and then using the KeyChain Access menu > First Aid reset the Keychain.
