PBS won't activate -- anyone else having this problem?

I received the activation code, but after inputting it into the www.pbs.org/activate page, I get the message about logging in, but with no options, just a blank space.

It takes my code and then I get as far as the options to create a PBS account with Facebook, Google or PBS, but none of the options are clickable and I can't continue to actually make an account.

Yes. Having the same issue. Created a PBS account to log into but that didn't help.

I'm also having the same issue. I can select facebook, gmail or PBS after inputing the code. But nothing past that point.

Replying to myself to update. Activation worked when I tried again the following day. Used an ipad if that makes a difference.

First go to video.pbs.org,then use activation code then sign with facebook,twitter etc. account & follow steps

I had problems with this until i left Apple TV on and with the PBS activation code showing on the screen.

Once I did this I was able to activate PBS on my Apple TV without any problem.

It didn't work when using my home computer but worked fine on my ipad.

I had the very same problem while using Safari web browser. So then I tried used Google Chrome, and it worked for me.

Worth giving it a try again!

just to confirm, I also had problem with Safari and switched to Chrome and problem resolved.

Using an iPad, I was able to follow instructions on screen and enter the code. It worked perfectly.

I was having issues activating the account using Firefox. I switched to Google Chrome (as another user previously mentioned) and had no issues.

After many months of PBS working, I had this problem. I went into settings, "updated" my zip code, chose a local station, and the problem was solved.
