Restoring Keynote 5.3 on a Mavericks Clean Install

I am in the process of doing a clean install of OS X Mavericks which, for various reasons, will require me to 'manually' install all of my applications and data. I am wondering what is the best way to do this and keep Keynote 5.3 (and the other iWorks '09 applications) absolutely identical and stable?

I have both a complete Clone (Carbon Copy Cloner) and Time Machine backup of my Mac.
