Q: Iphone 5s not connecting to carrier

I have a new 5S on Wind.

Randomly it will tell me I am not in a "wind Zone" or it will simply say "No Service". Sometimes this lasts several hours, sometimes not too long. For example, today at my desk I have No Service for 5 hours, then suddenly Im ok. My coworker is also on wind and sits beside me, he has had no loss of connection at all.

Any ideas? Is my phone defective or is it possible Wind is just not going to work on Iphone?

You will need to ask Wind re: your cellular data issue.

Yeah Im pretty sure they have no idea. They said "Maybe you arent in a Wind Zone" I am. And then, "Take out your battery?"

:S

Well you can't take out the battery.

Try a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/ssleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait until the phone boot back up.

you can also try settings - general - reset - reset network settings.

Yep - I know

I tried all the reset and also did a factory reset. It seems really random. I'll be fine for a day, then it wont work all the next.

Guess I will go complain to Wind more

Ask them for a new sim card and see if that helps.
