Dock Delay Removal

Hi, the terminal command defaults write com.apple.Dock autohide-delay -float 0 && killall Dock used to remove all delay in the dock popping up in mountain lion. The command no longer works in Mavericks. Does anyone know of a new command to do this?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 3.06GHz, Core 2 Duo, 2GB 800 MHz DD
