Apple ID and email problems

I forgot my Apple ID and so changed it along with a new email address. Now I can log into Apple but cannot access I Tunes or App Store because it does not recognise the new email or the new Apple ID.

Can anyone help please?

I suggest you try one of these methods to recover your original Apple ID and password (which can be reset easily)

All of your past purchases are tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them. The ID can be changed in the account holders iTunes account.
