I exported this twice and both times on ONE frame there is a giant red X over the frame. This wasn't there in FCPX, just in the export. Why? How do we fix this?

I'm seeing the image on my end...I'll upload it again though.
I used Magic Bullet Looks on the entire video but only ONE frame has this red x on it.
That looks like a watermark added by a third party app. Do you really mean a single frame?
If you used a trial version and then later purchased the license, you might be looking at an old render file. Try changing some values on the clip to force it to re-render.
