change the background color of pages?

So in the old wonderful version of Pages, when I entered full screen, I'd be able to change the background color. It would be black, but I'd keep it that way. Now, in the new version of Pages, the background color is gray and it's extrememly ugly and I just hate it. Please, someone, please tell me if there's a way to change the background color! I miss my black background! 😢
