Since my iPhone 4 updated I can no longer sync it or charge it with iTunes I get an error message ------>iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE000084)

Do you have the latest version of iTunes installed?

It said it was when I checked for an update so now I uninstalled it and now trying to download iTunes and I'm having a problem downloading it I'm hitting download and a box pops up asking if I want to save it to my computer and I say yes and nothing happens So don't know what's going on
