Q: Playlists not syncing with itunes match

I created several playlists in itunes and since I have started using itunes match, the playlists won't sync and appear as available on my iphone or ipad.  Can anyone suggest how I can get them to appear?  All the other "itunes created" playlists sync, just not my personally created lists.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Are they smart playlists with nested playlists in them?  iTunes Match does not support those. Personally very frustrating for me.

have you "told" itunes to update yur itunes match? It's an option under the "stotre" tab. I frequently create new playlists and it does take a while for them to show up on my idevices, it speeds the process if you tell your itunes liobrary to update... It's what works for me anyway. My problem i that the playlists are out if order on my devices and I don't know how to get them to appear in the same order as they do in my library. They're not entirely alphabetical.

I'm getting a similar problem too! Every old playlist I delete automatically gets restored from iTunes Match instead of remaining deleted. Plus, every new playlist I make AND every new song I buy will automatically get deleted from my iTunes Library when iTunes Match syncs! Apple better fix this because my purchased content are getting deleted from everything. Luckily it's still purchased in the iTunes Store so I can redownload it just to have it deleted by iTunes Match again. Apple has not been very good with their iTunes services these past few years, which is why I've been migrating my music out of iTunes. Almost not worth all the problems these days. Though I suppose there's a way to force a reset of my iTunes Match database to hopefully fix all this but it depends if Apple's servers block it or not.
