Photostream has stopped downloading to PC

I tried restarting the phone - nothing. I have changed the location of the photostream folder - nothing.

Doing this has now cleared all photos from My Photo Stream in the Icloud folder in my favourites (although they remain in the actual photostream folder mapped using Icloud account).

I have restarted my PC.

Any other suggestions?
