So I have had my mac bool for 3 years now. And I haven't used it for a week or so and then tried to turn it on and it will not boot up. Battery is fully charged as I have checked the indicator. Still nothing though. Any ideas as what I can do? I have tried holding the on/off for ages but no response. Thanks

Does it make any sounds? Does the screen come on at all? Does it show any life?
If the answer to the above is NO then about your only option is to take it to an Apple store to be checked out.
Of course you could try resetting the SMC and the PRAM.

No nothing at all!
I have tried removing the memory and trying with one and the other. But still nothing. Also got nothing from resetting the SMC. I'll try the PRAM now though.
It will not accept the Install DVD either, pretty sure it's stuffed. Thank you!
