Q: i forget my frameware password macbook pro 2012

Resetting or changing an account password:

For Snow Leopard or ealier:  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1274

For Lion or later:  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6022

If you forgot the FIRMWARE password you set you need to take the system to an Apple store to get it reset. There is NO other option.
