Q: I have done all the above still ask for code I put it in then still does not erase

please help me erase contents and setting on I phone

    If you are trying to reset the device then iOS 7's new security requires you to enter the passcode for the device.  This prevents a thief from resetting a stolen phone and selling it new.  If you cannot enter the correct passcode, then you can reset the device.
