My IPhone 5s Bluetooth cannot locate Jam 2 wireless speakers. Searches endlessly...need help

remove pairing from both devices and re-pair

The issue with me was that my iPad was synced to the Bluetooth device, and I was trying to sync my iPhone.

The blue tooth device (in my case speakers) cannot be synced with two devices at the same time.

So I turned off the Bluetooth in my iPad then paired my iPhone . Obviously the Bluetooth speakers can have only one source.

Now both my iPad and iPhones are paired with the Bluetooth speakers, but I can only use I at a time.

I did not have this issue with my car stereo as it accepts hierarchy. IPhone a primary, iPad as secondary and so on.

Peter just exactly how do you remove paring from both devises my instruction only tell me how to pare not un pare please help I'm going into music withdrawals

Turn the jam and let it sit for a few seconds. Turn on your BT on your iphone then hold the play button on the jam until the blue light begins to flash rapidly. Should connect shortly thereafter. If not make sure your other devices are disconnected.
