Q: my iphone 3gs wont restorde using itunes

i treied restore my iphone 3gs 16gb but it wont let me nethier update and restore i tried it on 2 diffrent computers help please it was on ios6 and i think its on ios 4 or 5 and my iphone 3gs is disabled and says connect to tunes and when i do it says could not access krimmys iphone enter pass code and try again help please
