Yes. Settings > General > Passcode Lock.

You'd be foolish to do so, considering how many iphones are stolen.

Settings>General>Passcode Lock.

Yes you may, unless you are restricted by an Exchange account. Go to Settings>General>Passcode and select turn passcode off. You will need to enter the passscode to get to that are and to turn it off. Once you get it off, it will be off.
