?? Color wheel ??

I Notice that the cursor changes sometimes for a Color wheel for a split second,
Is there something to do with it ?
Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
It means that your Mac is processing data in the bacground. It may happen on occasion.
If the spinning beach ball persists for long periods of time, (at least a minute) then it's time for troubleshooting and maintenance. A split second should not be considered a problem.
