*121# for checking balance turned into calling mode and I am unable to check my balance? But on my iPhone 5 iOS 7 everything is working just fine. Help me please as quick as possible.

You're using an unsupported carrier. Just because it worked on an older OS doesn't mean it will work on the current OS. No one promised you it would work to begin with. If someone at your carrier did, then go complain to them.

Talk to your carrier about the problem. You're using an unsupported carrier.
How did it worked on iOS 6? I never had problems untill I updated to iOS 7. Dissapointed
this is only because you are using the GV sim card adoptor and ios 7 doesn't recognize some if the codes on GV sim card adoptor unlocking may solve the problem or you wait for an update in firmware.
