Every time i turn computer on it asks me to agree to eula & all options i set are changed back to default. Also some music data is missing like album info. Just bought computer yesterday & installed itunes for the first time on this computer

McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.

That is EXACTLY the problem i'm having. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.I haven't owned a Mcafee product in several years until i bought this computer. Now i know why !!!
