Hello, my FaceTime is off by default I just see a blank screen. I have the mac book pro with retina display A1425. I try already some advices to put on the DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 but doesn't work.

Hello, I just realised that my FT is off by default. Is my first mac notebook so I'm not very familiar with it. I try already some advices like put on the DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 but doesn't work. Any suggestion please?
