Omg I hate this!!! Their suggestions don't even help! Like they have to fix this software issue!!! My iPhone 4S's wifi greyed out!!! I'm almost so desperate that I'm going to try that method where they put it in the fridge for 15 mins. Or blowdry the top with heat!!!
Give me more suggestions and feedback please!!

Ok first of all, just calm down most of the time we can resolve your issue. Don't put your iphone in the fridge or use a blowdryer, that's just asinine. What do you mean by your wifi is greyed out?
In my settings my wifi has turned grey and it doesn't let me switch it on or off! Ok you know what if you search this issue up you can clearly see, that people has used that method to fix this issue so search it up and don't call me insane!
Anyways do you have any other suggestions?
I didn't call you insane, I refered to the ideas as "asinine." (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/asinine?s=t)
1: Do a reset (hold down the home and power button until you see the apple logo)
2: Back up your iphone to itunes and restore from the backup
3: Close the settings app (double click the home button and swipe up on the app screenshot) and open it again.
I have done that already...and that's what I meant when I said I was desperate enough to blow dry my phone...do you know if they will ever fix this issue, with like a 7.1 update or something?...
You and I both agreed not to discuss rumors when we created our accounts. I have used iOS since version 1x and own several iOS devices, and I have never had nor heard of a wifi bug like this before. Could you post a screenshot?

I was refering to the "iOS 7.1" update when I said rumours, not the wifi bug.

And this wifi switch doesnt let me turn on or off wifi and this is a legit bug it is not a rumor....
OK this bug has cost me money, with data charges...I hope it gets fixed.
