I have had my iPad 4 for almost 1 year. It has ios 7.0.4. When I use it every once in a while the screen has pink bars on it. VIDEO HYPERLINK. Please help me fix this. It is getting really annoying.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
Not normal. Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.
