How do you change text settings? it won't let me click on the buttons

when I go to change the text size or colour on my Imoive prodjects the buttons that should do that, do not work.

I have tried to find ways aroundit but I cant do it can someone please help

The newer titles are fixed and uneditable. But if you look down the title list, the older title options are editable. For example, Horizontal Blur and Boogie Nights that was NOT editable in the past. I was able to edit the font, color and size.
