WHY is it so hard to just play ONE album?!

I HATE iTunes! ALL I want to do is just select ONE album & PLAY it; should be simple, right? But no; the idiot iTunes decides to add a dozen other albums to the 'up next' list'; WHY?? Why does it think I want to play all the albums after the one I want to listen to?! If I clear the list, it just stops at the end of the song currently playing & doesn't play the rest of the album. HOW do I perform the most basic function of this stupid progran and tell it to play ONE album, in full; i.e. all the tracks but without 10 other albums tagged into the end?
