Is Lightroom 5 compatible with Os X 10.8.5?

Hi,

I have a 3 year old MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion (recently upgraded) OS X 10.8.5, and am thinking about purchasing Lightroom 5 for photo organization and editing. Will the Lightroom 5 operate smoothly on this system?

Yes it will work, install and run no problems. But if you have limited RAM, like 4GBs only, it might not run as fast as it would with 8GBs.

As far as I can tell from this site, the list does NOT include the new Lightroom 5. Unless I have missed something?😕
