Can't delete apps after ios 7.0.3 software update

Please help. I cant delete my apps after software update to ios 7.0.3...waited for the new update,but after the ios 7.0.4 update, still the smae.help

What happens when you attempt to delete an App?

Have you checked Settings - General - Restrictions - Deleting Apps = ???

TThis does not help. B fire when I held down an app I would shed to delete it would start to shake and an x would appear to allow deletion. Now i am only given the ch to share. Please help
