There are a couple of things you could do:
1. Grab a corner of the iTunes window and resize it.
2. Click on the green + sign in the top left of the iTunes title bar.

Is the menu bar at the top visible? If not, iTunes is in the Full Screen mode. Slide your cursor to the top right corner until two opposing arrows are visible. Click the arrows.
