I have deleted photos from my iPad...

I have accidentaly deleted important photos from my ipad that I really need. I think this may have happened when I updated to ios7 but I didn't realise at the time!

They were old photos so I couldnt work out how to download them from photo stream. I have also tried downloading software to find the photos but have been unsuccesful.

Please help!
