Why can't I connect to Facebook on any internet browser or my iPhone?

Last night and this morning, I had trouble connecting to Facebook through Safari. I could connect sometimes but it wasn't consistent. Then, about 2 hours ago it stopped connecting completely. I can't connect through my iPhone either. I can't connect on Chrome, Firefox or Safari. I also cannot connect to google or gmail. I saw on another thread to do Lookup and Ping, which I have, and the results are below. Other than that, I have no idea. If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.

On the Mac open system Preferences > Network then select Wi-Fi on the left then click: Turn Wi-Fi Off then click to turn it back on then click Apply.

If that doesn't help, network preferences may be corrupted.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following:

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

Click Go then move all the files in the SystemConfiguration folder to the Trash.

Try Facebook.

Your Mac will generate a new SystemConfiguration folder for you.

Make sure the firewall is turned off in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall

Tried the fix saying to change the location name and renew the DHCP lease. Opened Safari twice and connected to FB/gmail without any problems. Left it for 10 minutes and tried again and it wouldn't connect. Restarted comp and it wouldn't connect automatically to wifi. And when it did eventually connect, still couldn't access any google related sites or facebook. Driving me mad now!

Update:

1. Internet is working fine with all webpages except those related to Google and Facebook.

2. I can get on to facebook if I turn the wifi off and on again OR reset Safari but this only works for a few minutes and then it drops again.

3. I can't access Facebook at all from my iPhone but I can access gmail.

4. I only have this problem at home.

This has been going on for 4/5 days. Restarting my computer, turning off the router, resetting Safari, adding a new network location, renewing the DHCP lease, turning wifi off and on have all only helped temporarily. I can get on to the facebook/gmail home page but as soon as I try to upload another page/read an email etc, it cuts out again.

Can anyone help?
