Nov 25, 2013 1:45 AM in response to Steventruslerby Alfred DeRose,If you search the forums, you will see many people reported the same issue. It isn't currently supported on iPad it seems.

Nov 25, 2013 2:18 AM in response to Alfred DeRoseby Steventrusler,But it's the same photo I was using before on my iPad in ios6 and it fit perfectly on the screen. After the upgrade it only shows part of the photo and in editing I cannot resize it to make it look like it did before even though the whole photo is there.

Nov 25, 2013 2:20 AM in response to Steventruslerby Alfred DeRose,As I said, resizing in not supported now on the iPad. Probably an oversight that will be fixed since it seems to be corrected on iPhone.

Nov 25, 2013 2:27 AM in response to Alfred DeRoseby Steventrusler,So ios7 was a downgrade and not an upgrade ? Even photos taken with the iPad itself do not fully display.
What's the point in putting a camera on the iPad if it won't let you properly view the photos you've taken ?
This is just such complete rubbish.
I know you are probably just telling me the way it is, but how could Apple actually downgrade without saying so first. Bearing in mind they have taken away features that made me want this item are they now in breach of contract ?

Nov 25, 2013 2:53 AM in response to Steventruslerby koalakaren,I've had the same problem - been doing my head in trying to work out what was going on. Was beginning to think it was me - glad I'm not the only one having the problem but still....disappointing that the previous software version worked fine.

Nov 25, 2013 2:53 AM in response to Steventruslerby Alfred DeRose,Really? What contract do you have with Apple that they have breached? It a bug. Wait a month and see if they fix it.

Nov 25, 2013 3:43 AM in response to Alfred DeRoseby Steventrusler,Just spent an unproductive twenty minutes with tech support. The long and the short is yes it worked fine with ios6 and no it does not work with ios7.
The long and the short of it, as far as Apple are concerned, is get used to it or find another tablet.
Apple could write the code to correct this in the blink of an eye. I suspect they won't because they want you to buy the next generation.
The reason I didn't buy an iPad 3 was because of the wireless connectivity problem that a lot of the early ones got returned for. Now it appears the iPad 2 is being phased out by creeping degradation of system features.
To those that thought or believed Apple had an ethical business model maybe it's time to think again. They are just like Microsoft.
(As far as a contract goes, anything you buy is subject to contract. if I bought something with a feature that made me buy it then that could be regarded as a condition of sale. I may not have purchased the article in the first place had I been informed that that feature could be removed without notice. I don't know about the States but we do have a sale of goods act. Software is always contentious, as the developers always claim to 'own' it and you are just a 'licensed user'. So the contract is merely a moral obligation to continue to provide an acceptable experience for the user. Where they fall short there is no real legal remedy. That does not make it right.)
