Q: My son forgetted all his information

My Son Lost his memory

So he can't remmember his e-mail,apple id,apple password & security information

in additional his ipad formatted and i need to enter the apple id and password from beginning to start activation

i tried to access apple id forgeten and find my apple id service but i faild to reach anything

anyone can help me to open his ipad?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.3
