How can I force my 2012 rMBP into integrated graphics?

I have Pro Tools audio software I'm using on my macbook and I'm trying to record vocals, but this friggin computer keeps going into discrete graphics and pushing air out like a jet stream to cool the computer down.

It's not even like Pro Tools needs a fancy graphics processor--it's the stupid computer making up its mind for me that somehow it will benefit me to turn on my discrete NVidia graphics that heat up my computer like a mofo.

Can someone help me with this issue? I really need it to be quiet while I'm recording, and this laptop, ironically is what I need to record, and is the noisiest thing in my entire setup.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
