Nov 25, 2013 9:15 AMby AM8887,Thanks Rahul. I did look at tthat article. My device still isnt getting detected when i connect it to my computer. Is there a certain way i can convert an untrusted source to a trusted source? I have reset my settings and tried multiple USB ports. The issue still isnt resolve. I've also re-installed iTunes and restarted my computer and my phone.
