Q: Password issue

I have a MBA with MacOS 10.8 which doesn't recognize login password. Is there a way to reset the password and be able to use my computer again?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

Hi hands4, right now i'm trying to log in to my computer. But the problem is that login line doesn't recognize my password. I have already tried several ways of resetting the password but they seem not to be working. What should i do now?
