Can´t reset iTunes security questions

I wanted to buy an app on my iPod touch and iTunes said I first have to answer the security questions.

I forgot them, and opened the support page, followed the instructions and got stuck.

As the support page says, in the tab "Password and Security" on appleid.apple.com should be a link to reset your security questions with a 2nd email. So I set up that email, but there is no link/button to reset my questions..

Ihave 15€ on that account, I don´t wanna waste them and open a new Apple-ID..

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.5
