Q: please i still want to use my apple ID @hotmail.com always but i can not sing in the music , thanks

please why did my apple ID blocked so i still want to use it for this same ID now but telling is blocked from security reason , it is my e-mail address i use always so why is it blocked please

I'm not sure what not being able to "sing in the music" has to do with your computer. Maybe you need voice lessons.
Sounds like somebody tried to use this apple ID when they weren't authorized to. You may need to contact Apple to straighten this out. Apple - Support - Topic Selection
