Play audio when text is tapped

Does anyone know a simple way to allow a sound to be played when a word is tapped?

I have used audio in my book by dragging in mp4 files, but I have to use a widget for this.

I would simply like some of my body text to act like a hyperlink and if the person taps the word or phrase, the text is read to them.

Any suggestions would be great- thanks.
