Mavericks killed my Bluetooth (or it agonized it) on iMac. What can I do?

I tried to get my Magic Mouse back to properly work, but the system keeps telling me, I got no Bluetooth. But Keyboard and Mouse are working - as normal mouse. So Bluetooth must be existing.

And added to that everything got very slow. For example to recognise Keyboard and Mouse, to open files, or to open anything

Is it a bug that will be fixed one day or did Mavericks actually kill these items.

on top my louder and lower keys don't work any more

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9)
