Ok, using the Console log I was able to spot the file "com.apple.iwork.numbers". I deleted it, restarted the computer and oh magic it worked.
I still won't be that confident as I have this issue coming in and out. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
If anyone know where to look, this is my consol log related to the issue:
