Q: Lost my settings icon after ios7 upgrade

I have lost my settings app after upgrade to iOS 7, how do i retrieve it.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

    search in the spotlight search to make sure it didn't get moved, if its still not showing up then:

     

    Settings>general>reset>reset home screen layout

     

    this will take any apps you have in folders out of them but should bring back settings
