Automator, get file name script and Numbers

Hi Folks,

Here's my problem. I have around 900 files (contained in folders and sub-folders) that I want to list in Numbers.

The 1st column must get the file name only, the 2nd must get the extension only (or type, with the . before the extension code), the 3rd must get the creation date and the last one must get the last modification name.

Are they any Automator or scripts for that?
