There's no longer a download for X11 since it became part of the Mac OS X distribution.

Since you have a new MacBook, they would have to have the
exact same computer as you. Your MacBook came with Mac OS X installed, so the Optional Installs package you need to run would be on "Mac OS X Install Disc 1." If there's someone else there with the exact same computer, then you could use their Install Disc 1 and the instructions in
"Custom installs in Mac OS X 10.4"
Otherwise, you're out of luck at present. Any Apple resellers in the area? Perhaps someone at home can FedEx your DVD to you?

Big mistake. Portable computer users should "never leave home without" their key discs, such as the disc cited above.
