Unless there is an authorized service center there that can replace them your best bet would be just to buy another set of headphones.

Well, kinda hard to deal with warranty support. Not much you can do there. Maybe wait until you get to where you purchased the earpods/iPhone, unless you are permanently there. Now you see the problem with purchasing a device outside of the home country.
