I have a Mac Pro with a AMD Radeon HD 7950 running Mavericks and when I try do do a screenrecording, the picture is just a green/pink flickering mess.
There is no improvment if I'm doing a screenrecording in another user-account, same error.

Hey, I am running the Radeon 7950 in a 2008 8 core Mac Pro and I have the exact same problem. Screen Recording works perfectly in 10.8.4 though. I have also noticed substantially slower Open GL performance in Mavericks over Mountain Lion in several games and benchmarking apps. It has been about 3 months since Mavericks came out, and still no fix.
Same here, 7950 and same problem, you're not alone.
It is interesting though that if I just replace the GPU, it works.
I'm so mad at this right now. Anyway, 10.9.2 "should" bring graphic drivers improvements. Hopefully they'll fix that.
Ok I would like to report that the Screenrecording bug with the Radeon 7950 has been fixed under 10.9.2. Safari graphic bugs seem to also be corrected also. Open GL scores have improved ever so slightly...still a long way off from where GL should be using the 7950.
Working here too, 10.9.2, issue fixed.
