Since starting with Mavericks on my MBP, I am having a problem, everythin hangs, constant beach ball.

I have repaired the drive, I have deleted some plists (finder specifically)

I am now in test user and everything works the way it's supposed to. I can't figure out what is causing the issue.  Any ideas I'd be grateful for.

What third party software are you running. Anti-virus? MacKeeper? Third Party finder and /or menu software? Security software? Something is loading in normal boot that does not launch in Safe Mode.

If by that you mean you created a new User account for testing purposes, you may have isolated the cause to one or more Login Items in the account with the problems. Go to that account in System Preferences > Users & Groups, authenticate, and delete any Login Items by selecting them and clicking the "–" (minus) button.

Do that, log out, log back in, and reevaluate your Mac's performance.
