I want to buy an Iphone 5s at Apple Store, not in Online Store. Will it works with another GSM operators in different countries?

Yes. The T-Mobile version bought from an Apple retail store will work with intenrational carriers. Though LTE may not work due to difference in bands. Everything else should work.
