I seriously need help I dont know one of my security Q's and I need it now I tried doing whatever the website told me do but thing is, I dont remember adding a rescue email. Can I add a rescue email? How?

Go back to the article you asked this question from. If you can't solve the issue based on the information in it, use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section.
